Jeff Blanchard is the Donald L. Wilson Professor of Leadership and Enterprise and Professor of Mathematics at Grinnell College. A former U.S. Army officer and current entrepreneur, Jeff has a long history of leading, teaching, coaching, and mentoring with a wide range of people. In addition to directing the Wilson Center for Innovation and Leadership, Jeff is a lifelong soccer official having officiated from youth to semi-professional levels including all divisions of NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA. Jeff has coached at the youth level from U6 to U19 in soccer, basketball, and Olympic style Taekwondo. Jeff is passionate about helping organizations build cultures where feedback fuels growth and well-being.
